Herefordshire Council are planning to add 50 homes to Weston under Penyard – get involved with our NDP refresh NOW.
Herefordshire Council have shared their initial plan – it is our job to respond to it and then review our NDP in the light of it.
We are well underway on setting up the plan refresh and you can see progress on our meetings page with the associated minutes and actions log.
We have started the process of updating our NDP. This process has been commissioned by Weston under Penyard Parish Council. Weston under Penyard Parish was one of the first parishes in the country to adopt an NDP, back in 2015.
It’s now time to refresh it, as so much has changed since it was last produced. We plan to use this website as a place where information, discussion and decisions can be available to the whole community.
We are going to be using this site to share information about updating the Weston Under Penyard NDP.

Herefordshire Council is rewriting its Local Plan and it is important that the Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) for Weston under Penyard is updated and modified to keep pace with the changes proposed by Herefordshire Council to protect our lovely parish from unwanted changes.
